1. Click on the '+' button in the bottom bar with breakpoints list
2. Set name
3. Set size
4. Set padding(if needed)
5. Press `Insert`
6. Click on the arrow for the new breakpoint in the bottom bar
7. Click on Edit
8. Edit berakpoint
9. Click edit
10. Click on the arrow for the new breakpoint in the bottom bar
11. Click on Delete
12. Confirm deletion
